Premium Lease (WAV) – $34.95

You will receive an instant download in your email (check your spam box if you don’t see it!). Airbit provides MP3 and WAV, but if you just want a basic MP3 License, it would be $24.95. Contact me and we can work that out.

Use it for your mixtape, album, YouTube video, etc. I still own and maintain full rights to the beat. Monetize anywhere, Unlimited non-profit use. Artist must credit me (Prod. Xtr@Ba$eHitZ).

Premium Lease (Tracked Out/Stems) – $74.95

Any beat for $74.95 includes track outs (stems), in addition to the standard premium lease (WAV).

Well done on your beats! Out of the instrumentals that you put up here, I like “Russian Roulette” the best. It definitely has an old school hip-hop feel with a nice bounce to it.

If anyone asks me for some beat recommendations, I’ll send them your way. 🙂
