Acoustic Guitar

I don’t currently have a review for this one, but it records the acoustic about as perfectly as I can expect.

It doesn’t need much EQ and is very good at capturing the raw sound of your instrument, but with plenty of air and detail. It should be no surprise that pencil condensers like the 991 were made specifically for this purpose. Many would recommend a large-diaphragm condenser in this situation, and while that may work fine, it doesn’t compare to a small-diaphragm like the 991 IMO.
